	Mr. Jacob Edward Chase worked in Manhattan, New York and Monterey, CA as a Tax Manager and CFO. He graduated from the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he received his accounting degree. Mr. Chase served as the President and Regional Director for The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) in the State of Hawaii. He also served as a Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors of Hawaii, Chapter. He is a current Member of the American Society of Women Accountants (ASWA), Hawaii Chapter. Mr. Chase specializes in areas encompassing IRS subject matters. He contributes time and energy to several nonprofit organizations, and formed Chase Foundation, a charitable program that gives back to the community. 	Ms. Wilson received a Master's degree in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University and has passed the CPA exam. She worked for various CPA Firms in Honolulu, holding a combined experience of 15 years. Ms. Wilson is in charge of Corporate Taxation & Accounting making certain of full compliance, along with overseeing the financials of Chase Accounting Firm. 	Mr. Warren Woon was introduced to the world of Finance and Investments while apprenticing at a Commodities Trading firm in his home country in Singapore. In November 1998, he began his career in Finance as a Registered Investment Advisor in Hawaii. Mr. Woon has worked in various capacities ranging from an Account Executive to a Portfolio Manager at John Hancock Life Insurance Company, MassMutual Financial Group, and Denis Wong & Associates. The clientele he has worked with are comprised of individuals, business owners and institutions, including Office Hawaiian Affairs, Bishop Estate, and Kamehameha Schools.
